Max Rymer leads Digital Solutions by developing client relationships, discovering unique solutions, and ultimately bringing on new, awesome projects for DS6 to complete. Max brings over 10 years of digital marketing, sales, and theater experience (trust us, the show tunes get to be a bit much) to the table for our organization. When he’s not on the phone or buying you coffee to discuss why your website isn’t mobile responsive yet, he is a husband, actor, die-hard Packer fan (we forgive him), and political junkie. Max is a thought leader in the digital marketing industry within the Twin Cities, hosting several inbound webinars and helping deliver Insights Analytics to market.
Jon CrappelProject Manager
As Project Manager Jon has a number of responsibilities, but his primary goal is to get a product out the door on budget and on time, with an aim for 100% stakeholder satisfaction. To do this he must make sure the development team is able to work as efficiently as possible and this means making sure they have clear goals, both short term and long term, and that nothing prevents them from doing their work. From the initial project scope to deploying the product out to customer sites, each step is under his oversight. With over 15 years of providing technical and software support to non-techies, Jon takes special delight in making sure that every client is valued, respected, and acknowledged as the expert they are in their field, even if they aren’t an expert in his field!

Zach Shogren leads the Creative Department at DS6, bringing a strategic, audience-first approach to design and communication. Utilizing his unique perspective, Zach’s design solutions are both fresh and appropriate. When not making killer designs, Zach can be found reading copious amounts of books, watching too many movies, and probably not exercising as much as he should. Zach loves recalling fun facts, usually at the behest of no one. He is also a firm believer in brevity.
