Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain Search Engine Marketing maintenance packages for customers on a monthly basis.
- Review and present web analytics statistics to customers.
- Promote Website upgrades.
- Provide customer support via phone and email.
- Provide customer training on basic web site functionality.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Exceptional technical and non technical communication skills.
- Ability to work well both in teams and independently.
- Leadership.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- Financial and business savvy.
- More than a passing knowledge of website usage.
Qualifications:
- Two to five years experience in IT customer support field.
- Thorough understanding of Internet technologies and desire to stay ahead of the curve.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, lead, build teams, and recommend business strategies.
